Finally a computer that works!!!

So I was really goin try and keep up with my blog after I moved but then we don't have the internet at home and for some reason my work computer will not read my memory card. So the only pictures i ever end up putting on this thing are ones off my phone. Well knew I was going to be at my dad's on the computer for awhile so I thought this would be the perfect time to finally put some pictures on here other than my house. So they are all old pictures now but they are still fun.
Go figure, the first one I do is still of my house!! Here is what it looks like right now. We are in the slow stage right now so it never looks like it changes. But they got all the doors and windows in and put the black paper on the roof. On the inside they are just working on the electrical and the plumbing so nothing too exciting for picture taking. But very exciting for me!!! It was fun to pick where all the outlets and lights and fans go. I also was able to put dimmer lights were I want them, like in the master bedroom, over my bathtub, in the dining room. So I am excited for that. We also just went and pick out the colors of our house and the roof and all that kind of stuff. That was a little stressful. The samples they give you to look at are like 4 inches by 3 inches so it is a little hard to imagine that color the size of a house but I think (hope) it will look great. So things are moving along and we are hoping for a completion of about February or March!!!
This year for our 4th anniversary we spent 8 days in Vegas. We had a blast!! We did a lot of walking but it was fun. We stayed in the Marriot Grand Chateau on the strip. We has a super nice room. It was bigger than our first appartment!! It had a full kitchen so the first thing we did was go grocery shopping so we didn't have to spend all our money eating out. It was so nice to relax for 8 days and not really do too much. We tried to hit all the free shows and attractions. They were a lot of fun. All the people trying to sell you stuff everywhere was really annoying but we found out that they can only sell to you if you are 25 or older and since we are not we were able to get off the hook pretty easily.
This was on the night of our anniversary. We went out to dinner and then went and saw the Ultimate Variety show. This is not one of the big shows you always here about but it was soooo good. We would totally recommend it. The host was so funny and the acts were amazing. What made it really good was we investing in a $20 vegas bite card so we only had to buy one ticket to get us both in. I am probably the only person who bargain shops in Vegas. After the show we rode the shuttle over to the Rio to see the Parade in the Sky. There was a little more skin in it than I remember from before but it is always fun to see.

Which Jessica is Hotter??? Really please don't answer that questions, I can pretend :) One night, on my bargain bite card, we went to the Wax Museam. I love it!!! It is really amazing how real they look. Brandon with Michael Jackson.

I was trying to hardest to serenade Simon Cowell. Do you think it is working?? Yeah, me neither.

This is one of my favorite. This is who we were looking for through all the rooms. I love how excited Brandon's face is, even if it is not really him. He finally got to meet him!!!!!!! kind of
Brandon wishes he could drive a car that cool. I have to say, he looks pretty cool standing in front of it. Total Hottie!!!!!

We wanted to go do a session at the Las Vegas temple but we only had our rental car for the first day we were there, just to go to the temple and grocery shopping and stuff. But then we remembered that is was conference weekend so the temple was closed. But we went anyway and walked the grounds. It was so beautiful!!! They had so many flowers everywhere. It was so peaceful I could of stayed there all week. Here we are in front of one of the flower beds.
Brandon had his 24th birthday in August. although he is 24 he still got a lot of presents. He is pretty spoiled. He was sad that his mom did not decorate his cake. This is the first in his life that he did not have a decorated cake. :( Brandon is so wonderful and I could never ask for a better husband. He is the sweetest, kindest, funniest guy I know. He does everything he can to support our little family. He teaches me so much everyday. I am so luckly to be able to call myself his wife. He is amazing!!!!!
We also went jet sking for his birthday and I had a picture on here of him but it somehow disappeared. humm!! sorry sweetie

I also had a birthday. 22!! Man I am getting old. Rod and Kathy came over for my birthday and I got a decorated cake. (ha ha brandon) She made it like school since I had just got my job at the school. It was so cute.

The best part is the cake always taste just as good as it looks!!!

Here is just a random picture but I think it is too funny. Brandon took this little motorcycle from my step brother to see if he could fix it. Well as you can see, he did. I can't believe such a little thing can support that much weight but it was so funny to see him riding it. Travis was also riding it which was really funny. oh boys an their toys.

Well there is a small look at what we have been doing the last couple months. And I saved the best news for last. Ready.................. I quit Wal-Mart!!!!!!! I only have one job now and it is wonderful. I am so excited that I do not have to work on Christmas eve now!!!!!!! Merry Christmas to me!!! It was wonderful day.
Well, if I don't get on here before Christmasm, Merry Christmas to everyone. I hope they will be wonderful!!!

Life in Pima!!!

Here is the most recent picture of our house!!!! It does not have a roof yet but at least we have walls finally!!! It is so fun to be able to walk through it and pick out the rooms and stuff. I love it!!!! We have an estimated completion date of February 1st. :)!!!!
Things in Pima have been extremely busy but wonderful. Brandon is working for the company building our house so it is fun for him to be able to work on it. Him and Travis are also continuing to work on there blind company in there spare time and that is going well. I am working at Pima Elementary and I LOVE it!!!!! I am the secretary in the office. It is fun to work with the kids and be apart of the school spirit again. It is by far my favorite job ever. Unfortunely, after my favorite job I then have to go to my least favorite job which is Wal Mart. I work there in the evenings trying to save some money to close on our house. It is a long day but I am making it. I think ?!?!
Brandon and I just got callings in our ward a couple of weeks ago. We were called to be the 17 and 18 year old sunday school teachers. We have a blast with them. Brandon is amazing with the scripture so I let him do most the teaching. ok all the teaching. but I learn so much from him. I am in charge of getting the lesson materials together and provide treats so I help some.
We recently took a week long trip to vegas. It was so much fun. We had an awesome resort to stay in that was really nice. It was so nice just to get away and not have to think about anything. We took in all the free shows for entertainment. We were there over our anniversary so we splurged a little and bought tickets to the Ulimate Variety show which was amazing. Excellent talent and very funny. We caught up on a lot of sleep and just enjoyed one anothers company. We took lots of pictures but for some reason my computer will not read my camera card so as soon as I can find another computer to use I will upload some of those pictures.
Well I think that pretty much sums up what we are have been doing lately. One day when I find more time on my hands I will be alittle better about updated this things. Until then, well you get the picture!! Love you all!!!!!!!

UPDATES!!!!!

A lot of changes has been made since my last post. Today is my last day here in Phoenix. I am so excited yet really scared at the same time. I have stayed here because I had a job and we had said once I get a job in Safford I would move over. Well it has been almost 4 months and it is proving to be really hard to get a job somewhere you do not live. So i finally said enough is enough, I need to be with my husband. So I gave my 2 weeks notice and will be heading to Safford tonight for good!!!!!!! Hopefully, I will be able to find work fast.
As for our house, they are moving right along. It is so fun to watch the stages of construction. one day it is just a hole and then next it is actually starting to look like a house!! We are very excited and hope and pray everything falls into place.

Here is what the looked like when I let Pima on Monday. I was very excited to have the basement floor. Little did I know the next day I would be seeing this

and then just two days later we had this!!!!!!! Super exciting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So this is the start of our basement. Actually this is probably what it will look like for quite a while since they will leave it unfinished. But I am sure in no time we will have a main floor.
We have been very blessed to be able to have the chance to build such a beautiful home. I am so greatful for Brian and Justin who have bent over backwards for us. They are making such a stressful experience easier and easier everyday. We are excited and hopeful that this is where we will finally start our family. So this is more then just a house in so many ways. YAY!!!
I am sure now that I will live about 1 1/2 minutes away I will be here everday taking pictures so I will be sure to keep everyone posted.

The long road to a wonderful home!!

Well, after lots and lots of waiting on approval from the bank for our construction loan, things didn't pan out the way we hoped. We were turned down on the loan for some really retarded reasons but if anything that helped us more then not. As soon as our builder found out, he was right on the phone finding us a private investor. (The guy building our house is amazing) he found one right away and 2 days later they have started on our house. The first two picture are from a couple of weeks ago (he was so sure we could get the money he started digging a little early) but they are the start of our basement. I am so excited to have a basement!!!

Here was the start of our basement. It got a lot deeper then this but I was not able to get a picture of it.

Home Sweet Home

This is just from July 2. I finally have more then a dirt hole, now I have a cement hole. but it is a start and very exciting to me. I am going over there for 4th of July so I will get more pictures to post!!!!

Gillard Hot Springs

Here is another one of our grand adventures. We took a trip to the Gillard Hot Springs. Brandon and Travis went out to find this place and 6 hours later in the dark they came upon it. They has some horror stories that one day Brandon will learn just not to tell me but we were all happy they found it cause it was a wonderful place to spend the day. I don't think many people come here because even with a map it is almost impossiable to find and it is some rough four wheel drive. But we liked it that way cause our family had the whole place to ourselves.

Do you think this is a sign that we should not go there????!?????!??

Brandon is totally in to Bear Grills from TV and he knew for sure this was a place that Bear would sleep if he was there so he wanted a picture.

This is a little view of the river. basically what it is, is a long river that has boiling springs through out. So only parts are too hot to get in and the rest is just amazing. It is really nice because it is not too deep so the kids and still play in it but it is not too shallow for the adults either. it is just a great place to play and relax. we did find one rock and that had a deep spot next to it where we were able to do cannon balls.

The first time Brandon and Travis went up there, they spent like the whole night building something but he would not tell me what it was. but here it is. They dug out this like tub for us to sit in. I thought it was very sweet and it was super relaxing. I loved it!!!

Another trip up Graham Mountain

Brandon and Travis found yet another beautiful spot up Graham Mountain. Brandon and me took a trip up and it was soo fun. We decided to take the quads this time to make the trip a little faster. It was a lot of fun to ride them up there but that mountain is really high up and I am scared of heights so it was a little scary.

This was the view from were we stopped. It was so crazy cause when we got there it sounded like we were surrounded by mountain goats or something. it was so loud and they sounded like there were so close but you could think if there was a goat next to you, you would be able to see it. so I asked Brandon what that sound was and he told me that they were frogs. I have never heard a frog make that kind of sound. So we looked for them and we must of kept scaring them cause we only saw one and that is why i didn't get a picture but these were not normal frogs they were white frogs!! yes, I said white frogs. I have never seen anything like it they were really neat and really loud.

We love being out in the open and this is a great place to do it. The weather drops like 15 degrees when you get up there so it is always nice. Here is Brandon on the other side of a little stream, and I decided I wanted to sit by time and the next picture proves that to be a mistake.

While I was attempting to cross the stream the rock I stepped on was a little slick and I stumbled right down the rocks. Luckly, I caught myself before I landed in the water but it was a pretty rough fall.

Here is a close up. I tried rinsing it off in the water but the water was ice cold so all it did was freeze my blood which hurt but it made it stop bleeding.

This is a picture about a month and half later. It healed pretty good but I am pretty sure I will always have a mark.

Trip up Graham Mountain

One of Brandon's favorite things to do in Safford is go exploring. Him and Travis were so excited to take us to a new spot they had found one weekend. After about a 45 minute drive up a very curvy bumpy road we made it, and this was the view we had. it was absolutly beautiful. This is up on Graham Mountain were there is a damn and it run off forms a waterfall. It was so nice to go up there and enjoy the beauty of the earth. This made us really excited about all the places can explore close to home.

Brandon thought it was awesome to go under the waterfall. but i was too scared to go down there :I

After enjoying the waterfall we had fun playing in the Lake skipping rocks. It was a really fun trip.

Where is he??

I know it does not look like much but this picture is very exciting for me. Brandon called and told me he had a surprise for me this weekend but I told him that I could not wait I wanted to know what it was, so he told him maybe he could show me but he had to see if it was ready. So a couple hours later he sent me a text message and asked if I was ready to see my surprise, and this is what he sent me with the captions, "I'm Home!"
So if you still can't tell what it is, it is the start of our basement!!!!

I am so excited for them to be starting on it, and I can't wait to see if it has changed at all when I get there tomorrow.

PAYSON ALEX!!!

We finally go to meet our sweet new nephew Payson Alex Heap. Me and Brandon went and spent a week in Montana about a mouth ago. It was so fun to spend time with Chelsea and Shayne and get to meet Payson. He is soooooooo cute, I just couldn't get enough of him. I love the daily pictures i get of him. Chelsea keeps saying he looks like me but I dont think I can take the credit for his stinkin cute looks!!! I have so many picture but I think these two show how cute he is!!!!
It was really fun to be there with them. We also got to see some of Brandon's old friends which was really nice. We can't wait till Chels and Payson are here this summer and then Shayne and Chelsea and Payson will be here for Christmas!!! So we have a lot of visits to look forward to.

Little Family Update

Sorry that I stink at keeping my blog up to date. But things have been pretty crazy for us lately. We have been super busy with all of our new plans. After many many many mouths we finally sold out house!!!! yeah!!!! we were very excited about that. We have decided to move to Pima, Arizona which is a very tiny town in eastern Arizona. Brandon and Travis are going to start their own compnay down there. It is called B & T Enterprise. Specializing in window coverings but they will be doing some constuction and misc projects as well. We are all very excited for this step, it has been a little stressful but we are getting through it. They have made a hand full of sales all ready, with help from O'leary Blinds, and so far everything has gone great!!
Brandon and Travis are currently living in Safford in my dad's camper trailer. It is a good thing they are such good friends! I am currently living with Tabitha and girls. It has been a lot of fun being with them. As for all of our belongings from our house, they live in a huge warehouse in safford. Although it has been a little hard to have none of my stuff it will be worth it.
I plan to work here in Phoenix until Tabitha and Travis can get someone in there house and then we will all be headed to Safford/Pima. We are in the process of getting a loan to build a house. This has been the most stressful part but i think we are almost through it.
We were so excited when we found the neighorhood we are moving into. It is the perfect neighborhood right at the base of Mt. Graham. we are going to build a wonderful house on 1 acre of land. We can not wait until it is done. Once things get moving I will post some pictures. but it has been a lot of fun designing and creating our house. So we are hoping to start digging the basement within the month. Cross your fingers.
Besides that I am still staying busy with the Relief Society. It is such a wondering for calling to be able to serve the women in our ward. I really enjoy the presidency I work with and will be very sad when it comes time to leave. Brandon was released from the Elders quorum Presidency since he is only in town twice a month. But he did a great job while he was there.
I think that pretty much sums up were we are at right now and as things progress i will keep everyone posted.

Christmas!!!!

Me and Brandon has a great Christmas this year. We stayed at Tabitha and Travis's house. On Christmas eve we had my mom and Terry and my Aunt Sarah and Uncle Wayne and Cody and Rhonda all come over. we did the traditional Christmas Eve Stuff. We had lots of treats, Emily played some songs for us on the piano, the girls made reindeer food, and we read the Christmas story from the bible. The next morning we woke to to a lot of presents and we had so much fun opening all of them. I tried to post a picture of the tree but for some reason it is not letting me put it up. Aside from burning the sticky buns it was a great christmas morning. We then played with some of out toys watched our new movies and cook Christmas dinner. we had too much food for the seven of us, and we are still eating the left overs, but it was sooo yummy.
Here the pictures that it would let upload, maybe i will be able to come back later and put the rest up.

We hope all of you had a great Christmas and a Happy new year!!!
